When do I enter my Promotion Code?
Your promotion code is entered on the last page before you submit
your order. If you have a "Free Shipping Promotion", you will select
the "web special 18% shipping" and enter the promotion code on the last
page of checkout to recieve the shipping discount.
What is the process once my order is submitted?
Your order will first be reviewed by our accounting department to
make sure you are in good financial standing. Once that is complete,
assuming the product you ordered is in stock, it will be sent out
within 48 hours. If the product you ordered is out of stock, you will
be contacted via email with an estimated ship date.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
The length of time it takes to process your order is dependent on
many variables (i.e. Financial Standing, Inventory Stock, Current Order
Load). We strive to have all in-stock orders shipped within 4 business
days. If you are unsure about the status of your order, please contact
our customer service hotline at (866) 553-7216.
There is an item I have ordered in the past but I cannot find it online?
It is possible that the item has been discontinued or is not
available online. Please contact customer service for further
assistance.
Can I show this website to my customers?
We would prefer you do not show this site to your end customer as it
shows our wholesale prices. We created the “Product Line” website for
end customers to view products without access to wholesale prices.
This is your choice, however, it is against our terms and conditions
and privacy policy to share your log-in information with those outside
your company. If you are found in violation of this, your online
account will be terminated.
How will I be notified once I submit an Online Case?
You will be notified either by email or phone, depending on the
circumstances. All cases will be responded to within 24 hours. If you
do not hear a response within this time frame, please contact customer
service for more information.
Can I copy images from this website and put them on my website?
The images on this website are digitally sealed and watermarked. We
require you to request images directly from our staff by calling the
customer service hotline. We reserve the right to terminate your
online account if you are found in violation of this procedure.
Can I enter a drop-ship order on this website?
Yes you can! Just make sure the ship-to address is the correct
shipping address for your customer. You will be charged a $12
drop-ship fee for all orders. If the product is shipped freight, you
will also be charged a $40 Residential Freight Delivery Fee.
